STAFF POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Cross Road Christian Recovery Center for Women is a well-established, regionally recognized, residential drug and alcohol recovery program under the direction of The Shepherd’s Way Christian Ministries, Inc.

We are currently seeking to fill the following staff positions:

Director/Co-Directors of Ministry Operations

To be considered, persons must be committed to remaining free from use of all tobacco products, alcohol consumption and drug misuse/abuse and be willing to submit to screening.

A brief list of requirements and responsibilities (not all inclusive): 

Reside on the ministry property to provide 24/7 availability.

Oversee daily operations of a residential recovery program.

Coordinate all aspects of daily programming involving clients and volunteer staff.

Coordinate all necessary scheduling and delivery of supplies and services.

Participate with professionalism at community meetings and ministry speaking engagements promoting the support, success  and mission of the Ministry.

Maintain existing working relationships with other organizations, service providers and jurisdictional systems, etc.

Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local or other regulatory requirements.

Accountable to the Shepherd’s Way board of directors.

1.        A letter of interest. This should contain a personal statement of faith and brief personal testimony, your experience with substance abuse including addiction recovery ministry experiences and how you feel you are called to serve.

3.       A list of (3) three references.  One reference should be from a Spiritual leader and two should be from professional relationships.  Be sure to include their current contact information (physical address, email address and telephone number).
